Went in for front lower arm replacement but they notice my warning light on dashboard was on. They sorted out all my fault codes and fixed my air bag fault free of charge. Nice guys - always helpful. I would recommend.

On Saturday 29th November 2014, I was parked on a meter completing my shopping. Upon returning to my car I noticed that a passing vehicle has completely broken off my side wing mirror. On my way home I decided to call into Fawngrove Garage to book an appointment for a new one to be fitted (this was lunch time). The garage did not have replacements in stock but Graham telephoned the supplied who said he did have one. I took my shopping home and returned to the garage. The replacement wing mirror was there and it was fitted on the same Saturday afternoon. I think the service was excellent and I cannot speak highly enough of the service, care and civility I always have received. I have used this garage for the last three years and would recommend it to anyone. It is not often these days that you receive after sales help and care, but I have certainly found this to be included as part of the business conducted by management and staff at Fawngrove Garage.
Had my MOT today at Fawngrove. I say to them just do any minor repairs as required without calling me. As usual it's passed and no work required which is testament to their honesty and great customer service. How many garages could you say that about?? Not many! Thanks Graham, Barbara and team.
