I have nothing but praise re. the service I get from Fawngrove. Long may it be so!
Graham and Barbara are friendly, polite and very helpful. Barbara spent hours on the phone with my warranty company. Also Graham's work is top notch. He has given me great advice and I never worry that the work hasn't been completed properly. I recommend Fawngrove to everyone as a great garage.
Being the owner of both a 1972 VW camper van and also a Land Rover Freelander, I am a veteran of car garages - with many battles won and lost. I continue to use and recommend Fawngrove because of their open communication, regular updates, transparent pricing and generally splendid attitude.
Unlike my previous garage, I can trust them no to suggest I have unnecessary work done when there is no actual fault with my vehicle! Staff were all friendly, helpful and informative.
Excellent service and excellent staff.
Honest, reliable and helpful garage. Always able to talk through what is to be done with the proprietor Graham who carried out the service and repairs. Have used them over a number of years and would never use a main dealership again.
Very helpful staff. Well done!
