When I brought car in, the washer pump did not work. I asked for a price to fit new pump and for an MOT, that I though was reasonable. I gave them permission to go ahead. I was amazed to be told later that it was only a fuse, so there was no huge cost.

I have used this garage a number of times now for the family cars. Recently due to being too busy at work I got too near to MOT date to take the day off. No problem, just called Mary who is always helpful asking if I could drop it off early next morning and leave them to sort it out. I left a note to sort out ant minor problems etc but nothing wrong and I had a call by 9 AM to say it passed OK. All I had to do was pick it up at the end of the day when I passed by but the important thing that needs to be said is this garage team are great in that you can trust them to do exactly what you ask and not feel that work is being carried out that is not required. I intend to keep using them and would highly recommend without hesitation. What do I do, I'm a maintenance manager and recognise when a service provider goes beyond the normal level of customer care, well done the Fawngrove team.
Collection of vehicle at specified time was excellent. The car was also valeted, which was a surprising welcomed bonus.
