I have used this garage for many years and I am always satisfied about the work, service, and communication. I have recommended them to others several times. They are extremely helpful and provide full details. They are excellent, knowledgeable, and have an ability to explain any work required in layman's terms.

We were going away on holiday on 28th July and after cleaning my car I noticed drivers wing mirror was wobbly. I took it to B & B and asked Peter to look at it for me, which he did. He fixed it straight away. The bolt was loose and he didn't charge me anything which was kind of him.

B&B always contact me to discuss any repairs, and always inform me of the cost before they go ahead wioth the work. A consistently reliable garage.

Excellent in every way.

I had broken down in my car. The gearbox had broken and I was very upset about this because of the shock, expense and hassle this had caused me. On arrival at B & B I was immediately reassured by Peter and felt calm straight away. I was given excellent advice about my options for fixing my car and was very happy that the information he gave me fitted the advice of the RAC. I've had instances before at garages where the garage staff try to sell you more than you need and devalue the advice of the breakdown services, who in my opinion have nothing to gain by suggesting the best fix for your car, so their advice is reliable and unbiased. This was not the case at B & B. I was advised utterly impartially and received exactly the same advice as I'd been given by the RAC. As a result I immediately felt I could completely trust B & B - which is completely invaluable for this kind of service. I was not let down. The initial estimate was very reasonable; however the final cost of the work was even more reasonable and costed less than I expected. Furthermore, the car was fixed and back on the road 3 working days ahead of schedule. The car felt beautiful to drive afterwards and I was given a clear explanation of what went wrong with the car, which was much appreciated. I will now be switching my garage from a regular high street chain (who have repeatedly let me down) to use B & B in future. I cannot recommend them enough.
