Great service and advice. Got me in at short notice.

Usual very high standard of service from B & B, where the staff took care to minimise the cost of the additional work necessary to pass the MOT.

They are always honest in their opinions as to repairs and servicing. They give good service and I thoroughly recommend them.

The fact that I have used this garage for approx the last 20 years, which says it all in my opinion. I would to like to use their services for a further 20, but that is in the hands of my medical service station and they are not in the same league as B & B!

I have used B & B Autos, Hadfield for many years. They are just excellent. I will be buying my next car from them, as they are utterly trustworthy, thoroughly professional and responsive in actions! I would not go anywhere else.

Staff are respectful, patient, polite, very helpful, reassuring, informative and highly conscientious. Excellent record keeping.

I own a Civic type R and do some work myself, so I was very specific about what I wanted carrying out. Everything was done exactly as requested to the highest of standards. The car was ready when expected and the price was very reasonable.

Being female, I always expected to be confused with techno jargon and tales of how expensive a job it would be. None of that here! Very professional, very good communication and explanation of work required (or not) and reasonable invoices. Well done to the whole crew.

They are very helpful and honest. I asked to have my air conditioning re-gassed and was asked why I thought it needed doing? I would have blindly paid for work that was unnecessary. It was recommended to me and I would now recommended to others.
