As first times go, this one could not be any more satisfactory. Emily, in reception, is a 50% contributor to this by providing an excellent customer experience as the face of the business. She goes above and beyond on her explanations of the service, the cost and the work done with an extremely positive and kind attitude and a lot of patience. The rest comes from a very reasonably priced repair and the technical staff surpassing my expectations as a customer. I booked them to replace brake disks and pads because they offered the best price. I will use their service again because they fixed another different issue with no extra cost, which a garage I had previously used to replace my tyres had also pointed out but did not even bothered to ask if I wanted repaired at the time. I could not be happier with both the work done on my car and the customer service, and I happily recommend this garage even if, like me, you're not local and have to drive for a bit. Shefford is a nice and quiet town with some beautiful paths to entertain you while you wait for your repair to be finished.

Recently i had a pleasure of taking my Mitsubishi for an MOT at The Shefford garage. The service I received was impeccable, Ian (mechanic who looked after my car) was so helpful and knowledgeable, I was really impressed. Emily who runs the business is an absolute darling, she handled all my questions in such polite and helpful manner and nothing was too much trouble. My car passed Mot, I received 5 star treatment, I was made to feel so at ease and really felt like a such valued customer. I would never ever go anywhere else. This family business I will support always. I have recommended Emily and her team to all my friends and colleagues. Emily thank you so much for being so amazing.

Our daughter had used The Garage and was very impressed, so after many years of using the same garage we decided to take our car to The Garage for it’s service and MOT. We were SO impressed. The whole experience was a pleasure, and I’ve never said that about a garage before! The clean, tidy and modern reception area gives a very good impression and Emily takes care to explain everything to you in detail. She is so friendly it’s hard to remember you are in a garage! The folder of information afterwards was a new experience for us and a very favourable one. All in all a very positive experience and we will certainly be back. all my life I have tried to find a garage who you can trust and will not rip you off AT LAST I HAVE FOUND IT they are first class from the start Emily on reception is fantastic very helpful and knows what she is talking about [every company needs a Emily ) I got to meet the person who was going to do the job so he understood what I wanted never had that before !.the job was done for price quoted when I picked the car up on time all work had been done the car had a complimentary wash and vac . the bill and clear report were presented in a folder and Emily went through a maintenance plan for the next year and she had got prices from citron for parts I need next time they will get all my work and I shell tell all my friends use them you will not be disappointed

Emily on front desk is very kind and a genuine person with a heart of gold and I thank her very much for her customer service 5 stars. Ian the mechanic was spot on with diagnosis and repairing the vehicle was done to the highest of standards. Very honest people and will use this garage as my first point of call in the future. It was my first time visiting a garage let alone getting my Car MOT, and as an inexperienced female I was apprehensive going by myself and being overcharged as you hear so many horror stories. Any how upon entering the reception all fears were laid to rest with the modern interior and warm welcoming staff, especially Emilly. She was thorough efficient and ensured everything was made clear to me. Fantastic service that I would thoroughly recommend as service like this is few and far between..

I'm always super wary of garages after a few bad experiences, but with this garage so close to home I gave it a try. I took in a pretty old (V reg) car for a major service, after picking it up a couple of months ago from a friend. We didn't know much of it's history so wanted to give it a good going over. From booking the service, right to purchase, this garage was excellent. Emily made sure I knew exactly what was going to happen, and when. Then when I collected the car (a few hours later!) the service breakdown was super thorough. Recommendations were made but not pushed on me, and were even fully quoted so I knew what I was looking at. And laid out in order of urgency. Even got a full on clean and vaccum inside. Really pleased. Can tell it's a family run business. Will be back. Thanks guys.
