Great service Excellent communication Value for money first class Highly recommend Will definitely be returning
My vehicle is a wheelchair accessible vehicle and this makes it even more important that it is serviced and maintained correctly. I have trusted The Garage Shefford with this task for several years and they have always carried out any work to the very highest standards. They are genuinely honest, friendly, helpful and nice. I have nothing but the highest praise for the whole team. I am so glad that we are lucky enough to have them based in Shefford.
Excellent friendly service. MOT reminder sent in good time. They carried out a diagnostic check a while ago without making a charge for it, whereas main dealer wanted to charge £90. The staff give you confidence that you are in good hands
We were recommended The Garage by a friend, having only recently moved to the area. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout and we felt extremely confident with the advice and work that has been provided. We will be using The Garage again and would highly recommend to others.
We take all of our cars to this garage. Would not go elsewhere. Fantastically run, honest family business
This is a truly amazing garage, they have bent over backwards to help me, stopping me getting ripped off by another garage. I can not recommend them highly enough. So professional and helpful.
As always we come away from the Garage feeling well looked after and cared for and confident my car has been looked after and thoroughly serviced. Always reliable and always helpful and always a smile. Thank you The Garage for looking after us and our cars.
Excellent customer treatment and very competitive pricing. Vehicle was ready on time and everything was done to my satisfaction. Cannot fault them at all
The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The problem with my car was diagnosed within the time allocated. I was given a quote for the repair, which was very reasonable, and a date and time for the work to be carried out. The car was booked in and the repairs were carried out. The work was completed within the alloted time and there were no hidden charges. This is a very professional garage whose work ethics is second to none, I will definitely be returning. Thankyou
Fantastic service right through. Very happy with every aspect. Extremely friendly and fantastic service and very reasonable prices. Nothing carried out without being discussed first. Very happy will absolutely use them again.
I can't recommend Ian and Emily at The Garage Shefford enough. It's so refreshing to find a garage that actually wants to genuinely help you and is completely up front with the diagnosis/costs. They are extremely thorough and the customer service is second to none. Neither myself or members of my family have ever had a single issue with their workmanship. We will all continue to use and recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys.
