I had used another local garage for a number of years, and while their work was good, I always felt intimidated as I know nothing about how cars work. I felt like a real thickie and I could never ask the questions I wanted to. It wasn't a great experience taking the car in. The guys at Autocraft are great, easy to talk to and they always take the time to explain, in terms I can understand, what the issues are. I feel I can ask them questions and explain problems to them, even using my layman's terms (''Yeah, the starter thing makes a grrrr sort of noise...'').
