Superb service from a team of honest, personable and very swift mechanics. Quote for the job was cheaper than four other garages; only one able to complete the job within 48 hours; and they were good enough to charge only HALF what they originally quoted me. Excellent, excellent garage.

Never write reviews but Allen and Hall deserved one. Very good, friendly and trustworthy garage. They know what they are doing. I had problems with my car and they managed to diagnose the problem and fix it so promptly. Couple of parts needed but so reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

Excellent, friendly and helpful. My car wouldn't start and was originally towed to Citroen dealer who said I would have to wait 3 weeks. But Allen and staff took car in and fixed it within 24 hours. I am very grateful for speedy attention.

Allen & Hall were the only garage that were prepared to put themselves out and fix the problem correctly in a timely manner. We were stuck in Rainham but had to drive back to Devon on Thursday 30/07/15 and were let down by other garages.

I am very pleased with the service received. My car was booked in for the ball joint to be replaced. Upon inspection I was advised that only the dust cover needed replacing, saving me £90!

Have used this garage since 2004. I have had 3 checks on battery charge rate; odd wheel noise and another minor fault, all of which I was not charged for. I did leave 'tips' though.

I can not make any adverse comment regarding Allen & Hall. I always receive a written reminder when my service and MOT are due. They always phone me to keep me advised, so I can make informed decisions. The work done is completed on time and most importantly it is done with fairness.
