Had a very urgent last-minute repair needed as had flat tyre on way to work this morning. Took car to Mastertec (who I use all the time) and even though they were very busy, they went "out of their way" to fit me in. They looked at the flat tyre and replaced it in under an hour. Am very impressed and a huge thank-you & immense gratitude to Mark and the team for replacing my flat tyre, which happened at the very last minute on my way to work. End result meant that I was only minimally late for work and no problems.

Absolutely first class service from the boys at Mastertech. The MOT on my car had expired yesterday and was due a major service & MOT. I cannot get to the garage during the week, because of work pressures, so can only go on a Saturday. My car failed the MOT, but Mark and the boys at Mastertech "went out of their way" and endeavored to get all the MOT repair work, re-tested and ensured my car passed the MOT, before they shut at 1pm on a Saturday. Their customer service was absolutely excellent and a huge thank you for their hard work and customer care. I will always use this garage and recommend them to anyone. Well done, for such first-class service.

I have been using Mastertec for the past few years for servicing and minor repairs to my car. They are always very honest about what needs doing and their costs are very good. I had always used main dealers, but since retiring I need to watch the pennies. Mastertec are local and after repair I can confirm they provide excellent service and customer relations. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The costs were reasonable, and I will use them again and recommend them 100%.
