My much loved Volkswagen Lupo failed her MOT and was not economical to repair. Paul Banks was extremely sympathetic to my plight and gave helpful advice regarding next steps. All at Station View have been a credit to the business and the Good Garage Scheme during all my dealings with them.

Huge amount of work required for replacement of EGR valve in this vehicle. Was warned re labour cost and updated that is was taking longer, first one they'd done on a Yeti, so extra time charged at 50%, fine by me. Big bill but trust them to have done job really well and so far vehicle running beautifully.
