Whilst in their care, the car was damaged by a fork lift truck belonging to an adjacent builders merchant, which required panel replacement and painting. LMC obtained several repair estimates and gained agreement from the builders merchant to pay for the repairs. LMC booked the car into the repairs and took it there for repair. They checked progress on a regular basis and kept us fully informed. When the car was returned to us, the bodywork repair was not satisfactory and LMC intervened to ensure that the body shop rectified the defects in a timely manner. On redelivery LMC checked the condition of the repair and that it met our expectation. LMC did not walk away from the problem and coordinated the repair at their own expense. LMC displayed the highest level of customer care and must be complimented on their honesty and business ethics. A very big well done and yes, we will use them in the future. Thank you.
