As a widow I don't trust garages very much as a lone woman, some can rip you off. Downes Auto's explained everything and the reason why. The price was also made clear. I have a re-newed faith and would go back and recommend others to Downes Auto's. Excellent service, well done.
I think I have said it all by the high scoring with which I marked the attitude of staff, quality of contact about vehicle, standard of work and general satisfaction.

I have always been kept informed as to the cost of any major work before the work commences. Excellent service and very competitively priced.
