Mendem Motors Ltd

The Mendem Motors were very helpful, explained the work and after it was carried out the technician went through the report with me.

A first rate garage with knowledgeable front of house staff and excellent mechanics. I have used this garage now for 2 years for all my house hold cars and I have recommend them to multiple people I work with who have all had positive experiences too. From your simple services, MOT and major work I have had completed including engine and flywheel replacements, all of the work carried out has been faultless. On each occasion I have had to take my car into them, they have correctly diagnosed the problem ruling out possibilities during this process. I have found other garages not to be as helpful during the diagnostic stage. This puts me as the customer in a position of understanding the fault and any work needed to get my car back up and running as normal. So even before the work is completed I am confident it will be fixed. During the fixing stage I was kept up to date with the work being completed by Simon and Nigel (the owner). John (my technician) worked tirelessly to fix the problem when the parts arrived and I was able to pick my car up later that day and the garage even stayed open late to make sure I could accept my car back as I needed it the following day. The price left me overwhelmed as it was much lower than anticipated. I expected a bill for around £1500-2000 but it came in under £1000. If you need a garage to fix or maintain your car. Use this garage. They treat you with respect and all work is completed professionally. 5* Garage in all aspects.

Good friendly service.

Great service from friendly and helpful staff. Recommend the garage to anyone 100%.

Honest service provided. Good customer contact. Quality work.

I had what was, for me, an emergency, a puncture ! When Simon arrived he explained exactly what he could do and found out the cost before doing anything. The speed of the repair was good and the quality of work exceeded expectations. Simon was very polite and helpful to an 'older' person. I would highly recommend MendemMotors.

I have used Mendem Motors for over 40 years and have always found them to be completely reliable, professional and efficient, providing a very friendly and honest service. I have had no hesitation in recommending them to friends and family.
