Mendem Motors Ltd

Booked me in at very short notice, a great help.

It was the first time i had taken my car to Mendem Motors and it will not be the last. Very good service and very friendly.

I have used this garage for more years than I can count. All the staff I have met over the years have been very polite and helpful, and answered any questions on failed MOTs.

My car broke down in an area where I was restricting the flow of traffic. I phoned the garage who sent a recovery vehicle within ten minutes. The driver loaded my car and drove to a safe place and diagnosed that the alternator was faulty. He took me home and carried on to the garage. I received my car back within 24 hours, fully repaired. Excellent service!

As always, very efficient and helpful garage.

Fantastic, very helpful. Pleasant staff who fully explain things.

Excellent garage - we use it as our main garage now.

The service was good, but it is just too far for us to travel, so we will be looking at alternatives more locally.

The team at Mendem's has never failed to please - we have been using them for many years now, and have nothing but praise for the service they provide. They are extremely friendly, have an experienced team, and provide and excellent service. There is always a full explanation of work carried out and work that may be required in the future. I have no hesitation in recommending Mendems to friends and colleagues. I do so on a regular basis.

In an emergency they took the time to understand the problem. They took the car in immediately and had it repaired on time for a reasonable price.

Said would ring when repair was complete, by late afternoon I had to ring them.

Never had anything but good service with a smile.

I visited the garage with a simple problem which they solved free of charge.

Very good service, always willing to help.

As a female I can always get advice without feeling silly! I trust them with fair pricing, they never fail to look after me and the car. Highly recommend them.

Great that they don't push work on you when not needed, they tell you things are wearing, but not yet.

Very good and helpful staff.

I have been using Mendem for years as they are a reliable and quality garage.

Great garage. Friendly, knowledgable, thorough, picks up and delivers the car! Great stuff.

Very easy to deal with.I will use from now on.
