Friendly, helpful and good value, Nigel (mechanic) and Simon on reception and car delivery are particularly helpful. The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. However a few problems ensued and the car had to go back a couple of days later to be resolved but they were swift in fixing the issues and the car had its well needed service and now running like a dream once more.
