Mendem Motors Ltd

Fantastic garage! I received 5 star service from the man who came out in his recovery truck, to the guys at the garage. They couldn't have been more helpful or friendly. I will definitely recommend them to others.

So great at explaining the issue and showing me the parts. I felt well looked after and they were a third of the cost of the main dealer.

I received the usual friendly, polite service and no unnecessary work was carried out.

Overall excellent service. Would highly recommend to others and I will use them again for certain.

All good.

I was very happy with the recovery service they provided.

I was on an emergency visit and I was fitted in the day I rang. Good service.

Pleasant atmosphere in reception area while waiting, as I decided to wait while work done. Another mechanic transferred to help so halved the waiting time.

Trustworthy and reliable, and I feel they care.

Garage asked to check suspension to report and then repair as necessary. Fault located and repaired to my satisfaction.

Very reassuring to have a reliable village blacksmith in the 21st century.

My first visit to Mendem Motors and I will certainly return. Helpful service and reasonable price.

Have used Mendems Motors for 40 years and found them to be reliable and caring, as well as efficient and providing and economical service.

Both my late husband and I have used this garage for many years and always had polite excellent service.

Prompt polite service with explanation of work carried out.

I used Mendems nearly fifteen years ago when I was a single mother and they really went the extra mile then. Returning from overseas today, the service was just as brilliant and the welcoming was just as warm and the extra mile was extended again.

The service was excellent from the first telephone conversation to the job completion and payment. I would definitely recommend them.

Car would not start. Mendem Motors came out, diagnosed problem and got car started. Followed them to their garage (local), rechecked problem, replaced battery and happy with the cost.

Very helpful and friendly.

Good reliable and professional service. No complaints.
