I have been using Andy Shore Garage for many years and have always had the best of service. No rip offs, just plain speaking and good service.

Once again, Andy Shore comes up trumps. On Sunday there was a grinding noise from the power steering. I took it in on Monday, and received constant updates while they assessed the problem. I got the car back today, Tuesday. Excellent, not patronising and good value, what customer service should be.

One of the first garages I have ever been to where I have not been taken for granted as a customer i.e. "you need your car fixed, so you need us, no choice". I felt like my custom was appreciated and that they knew I had a choice in where I could have the work undertaken. I was kept informed of work required by telephone and I believe the work has been conducted to a high standard, with a clear pricing breakdown and fair labour charge(especially in camparison with main dealers where I find the service arrogant and a rip off!) Thank you for restoring my faith in garage services. I used to dread having my car worked on, as I feared being ripped off, but not here.

Darren and the team were very efficient. Explanations were very good and detailed. I was informed about everything. They worked really hard to get the parts required the same day and I would go there again.
