service and friendly all first class.
Always use Newbury Motors. Fantastic trustworthy family business that my whole family use and will do so for many more years.
These staff are most conscientious people, they actually go out of their way to be friendly. They will do everything in their power to be helpful. I do hope this will instill your trust in your staff.
Excellent service as always. Thank you.
A very nice outfit and efficient.
Always excellent and professional service. Prompt and accommodating. Throughly recommended.
Good communication, thorough vehicle check highlighting a number of repairs that may be necessary in the future. Great service.
I have been using this marvelous garage for at least 20+ years. This is my wife's third car they have lovingly cared for (now for 8 years). I cannot fault their servicing or repairs. I have never felt as though they have over charged for any work, nor that they are only interested in your money.
The staff are always polite and courteous, if there is anything that needs attention outside of the agreed works I have been informed and given a quote and asked if I want to proceed or not. Having used Newbury Motors for a number of years I wouldn't trust anyone else with my car(s).
A brilliant friendly, efficient service. Thank you.
As always receptionist very polite and helpful. Excellent service all round.
Quote was for £140 - invoice was for £148 with no explanation. The brake pads were an advisory. I told them to change but they said they could not that day and didn't say how much this would cost or really try to solve it. Just average experience.
