Kevin Handley 'goes the extra mile' to ensure that the customers experience is positive. I always get additional 'goodies' when the car has been in for work (air freshners / pens / keyrings / wash cloths etc) I know these are gimmics, but they make me feel that I am thought about as a client, not just another punter. Refreshments are also offered, if I have to wait for my vehicle. I also receive reminders when servicing / MOTs are due. Although this is literally a 'back street' garage location-wise, they offer customer service like it used to be and I have recommended them to many friends.
