Used John Handley Motors for many years. Staff go above and beyond. My car was collected from home whilst away on holiday and returned. Being a female in a garage can be intimidating, as my car knowledge is zero. I have never felt like that with the. Keep up the good work.

Diagnostic test on possible electrical fault, which was rectified, but with advice that is might recur and involve a costly repair. It di recur, instead of taking my money the garage reminded me that I might get the job done under warranty and indeed this was the case.

Really happy with quality of contact and preciseness of logging work. Free gifts (pen, light) were a nice touch. Used air freshener was a bit of a strong scent. I had added a lot of tiny requests and didn't get a detailed list of what was done for these non-standard additions.
