Locks Heath Garage

Very pleased with work carried out. Friendly and helpful garage.

A good find as we have recently moved from Bournemouth and looking for a new garage.

I originally took my car in as she kept stalling. They immediately found the problem while I waited and charged me a minimal price. I was recommended to go to them and I shall definitely go to them in the future as I feel they are a very fair garage.

My car bonnet wouldn't close and I needed help quickly. I turned up at Locks Heath Garage unannounced and two mechanics saw me straight away even though they were busy. They fixed the problem quickly and were efficient and really kind. This was my first visit and I shall use them again.

The staff are always polite, courteous and helpful. They keep me well informed of any work they need to do. I trust them and would highly recommend them to anyone else.

Friendly and efficient service. Engine bay cleaned, nice.

Very good as always. Thanks.

Excellent service and good communication from garage. Very straight forward and friendly.

First time using this garage. Very good service. Prompt and good, clean work.

Just a good garage. You feel that you are not being ripped off.

Undertook and completed the work request. Gave advice regarding future work to undertake. Offered additional rectification (parts) which I accepted. Very pleased.

We have used this garage for many years and we have always had good service and the staff are polite and professional.

Friendly, helpful staff who took the trouble to explain things properly to me. Much appreciated.

Helpful service.

They gave one the confidence to use them again.

Have used garage for five years and I am very satisfied with works done.

Quick and efficient service.

Friendly and informative staff. Competitive prices. Highly recommend.

Excellent local garage and brilliant customer service from Jack and his colleagues. Had been previously using another local garage but had been let down a couple of times so thought I would give these guys a go. No regrets and would definitely use again and in turn recommend to family and friends.

Excellent work and advice on required work.
