Dave and his team came highly recommended by my work colleagues. At every stage, from my initial phone call through to collecting my vehicle and paying the bill, the service I received was absolutely first class. Everyone I spoke to was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Communication was excellent as the work got underway, and I felt fully informed of the work, cost, and timescale throughout. I am very happy with the completed work and pleased to have my vehicle back so quickly. Called on the 30th regards to problem, within the hour they had sorted recovery & it was booked for the following day. On the 31st it was collected, (the recovery man diagnosed the problem) & within an hour I was called with confirmation of diagnostics & how it would be sorted (with a list of possible senarios) followed by the cost. As it was it was not as bad as was suspected & the bill was reasonable.

As usual I received excellent & honest service from this garage. In addition to the Full Service, the Timing Belt was replaced & they established that the noise my car had been making was due to the wheel bearing going - this was also replaced but fortunately no new water pump was needed . I was kept fully informed at all stages re timescale & cost. Both Dave & his staff were extremely helpful & no work commenced on the car until after Dave had explained what needed to be done & what the costs would be. The work was completed within the given timescale. I have total confidence in this garage & my car is already booked in for it's MOT in September
