The service and staff are excellent, as always.
Very efficient company.
The courtesy car I was given was the same make as my car, which was very considerate as I am 81, and this made it not stressful to drive in such a vehicle.
Have been using Ugborough Garage for several years and will continue to do so as their standards on all fronts are consistently high.
Anthony Lugger is a fine example of a garage owner who cares about his customers. I have known them for nearly 20 years and his smiling manner and available disposition has been constant. His garage gives excellent service consistently.
My car had been serviced by the main dealer from new. For its 4 year service I decided to try a private garage instead. It was a refreshing change. During the service it was found that new front discs and pads were required. This was something I had already expected and Anthony phoned to explain and ask for my permission before he replaced these items. I would have no hesitation in recommending this garage to anyone and I will definitely use them again in the future.
Always helpful and prompt service from this garage.
First class service and very good staff who are always there to help whatever the job.
Great service, with a smile - like the new garage sign.
