Today I locked my keys and the dogs inside my car. Gavin calmly managed to get into the car without harming it. Absolutely stellar service. Also,the week before, this garage used a video to show me an oil leak. Good idea! Extremely friendly, polite and resourceful. Couldn't recommend more highly.

Cannot recommend these guys enough. We had the car bashed and needed repairs to get home. They could not do enough to help us. Although they where busy, they fitted us in and did an excellent job. Very happy with them

Another garage let me down very badly. First by overcharging and not carrying out work incorrectly. I was recommended Pensilva Cars. Gavin was brilliant, he corrected the previous poor workmanship and then carried out additional work on the engine. Gavin explained everything. They are brilliant!!!👍
On hoilday and on day two something went wrong with the car. I honestly couldn’t fault these guys in the garage. They gave us a courtesy car and got to work on it that day to make sure our hoilday was minimally impacted! I can’t thank them enough! Wish we had people like this back home!

We are new to the area and our Mitsubishi phev would not start. We rang Pensilva Cars this morning and they told us to bring it up for a battery check Within a short time Andy had found the problem. A new battery and diagnostics had got us back up and running. Thank you we will return.

Wonderful service, helpful and efficient. MOT failed, so repair was done, they were so good to fit it in to get the repair done on the same day so I could get to an appointment in the afternoon. Special mention to Gavin who was a star. Thanks guys, I will definitely be coming back 🙂
The guys here always do their best to help you. They are always polite and professional. Very helpful face to face or over the phone and they have put very effective COVID regulations in place to protect staff and customers.
