Willow Road Garage

I always recommend Willow Road Garage to my friends, etc. Splendid service!

I have used this garage for about 25 years and have always been extremely happy with the work done to various cars, the price and above all the high standard of customer service. I would not use any other garage.

Always friendly helpful service who go out of their way to deliver excellent customer service, which is very rare nowadays. I would never go anywhere else and always recommend to others. Both my daughters also take their cars to Willow Rd (one having to travel 30miles to do so! . 10 out of 10 every time.

Kevin Scott and his staff are always helpful. Will collect cars from your house and deliver back. Will always tell me if there are other things that need doing before he does them. Excellent service and very reasonable.

Excellent customer service every time, I would not use anywhere else. I had my MOT today, but I also had a service last month. Brilliant.

The staff are always helpful and the work is done on time and to a very high standard. They will always try to fit you in, even when rushed off their feet. An excellent garage.

This service was exceptional. They performed a large amount of work and at very, very, competitive price. Whilst doing the work they found another problem which they fixed immediately and added nothing to the bill. We will only use this garage from now on.

I would never consider going anywhere else.

Mega garage, always very helpful and nothing is a problem.

Excellent garage and staff will not rip you off.

Always helpful, fast and efficient. Gives good advice and is very very reasonably priced.

An exceptionally helpful, friendly and professional garage. Always accommodating, even when you arrive without booking your vehicle in advance. They offer a personal service, such as picking up and dropping off your car at your convenience, making life much easier.

The garage was recommended to me and I have recommended it to all family members. Even in emergency situations their support and commitment makes the situation conclusive.

Recommended by a colleague at work after a shock estimate elsewhere. Service was much better and the bill was 20% of the other one!

We find them trustworthy and reliable and they do what you ask them to do. No surprises on the bill either.

This is a very good garage. Good young staff. Nothing is too much trouble for them. On the day that my car was booked in, I had to go to hospital. They made sure it was done first.

Very helpful and considerate at all times, plus a lift home between servicing. I would recommend them to anyone if in trouble.

Always good service. I have used this garage for 12 years (ever since I passed my test) would not go anywhere else.

Recommended by another store worker for excellent work and fair pricing. I don't go anywhere else now for any car problems.

We have used this garage for many years and have always had excellent service.
