I have used this garage for years and have been consistently impressed with its high standard of customer service and value for money. It is a pleasure to do business with Kevin Scott and his staff.
Five visits in the past two years with three motors.
I have used Willow Road for over 20 years, and Kevin and his staff have always been very efficient and friendly. But more importantly they can be trusted.
This is a fabulous garage. As a single woman, I do not feel I'm being conned about the work or money. Several times I have been told the work has not been needed. I have converted at least 8 other people to this garage.
I have used this garage for years. Fantastic service. They're totally reliable, and have very fair pricing.
Always helpful. Friendly staff. Great work. Always fit you in.

I always use this garage because I know I can trust them. Simple as that.

Excellent service, and friendly staff. I would use them again.
Excellent!
The staff always go the extra mile.
Just moved to the village, always apprehensive about garages and how they treat women (sorry but true from experience) but no such problems here. From the word go, polite, friendly staff, straightforward efficient service and solutions to problems without pessure or sales techniques. Competitive pricing too, which is obviously important. I am very happy so far with my first visit and it will not be the last. I feel that I have found somewhere that I am comfortable with and have faith in, that means something in todays market.
Friendly staff, and excellent customer service.
