Saville Road Service Centre Limited

I will go again. I know all about the proprietor and his history.

Our cars have been serviced by Saville Road Service Centre for a great many years and the service has always been excellent.

Pleased with the service I received as a first time customer. Only improvement I can suggest is that prices are displayed and quoted VAT inclusive. Thank you.

They were kind, funny but most of all honest and spent time explaining problems.

I have been with the garage for 17 years during which I have always had excellent treatment at myself and my cars.

Staff very helpful and the bill clearly itemised.

An excellent example of an independent garage providing excellent service at a reasonable cost. Perhaps 'main dealer' should note the latter!

We have used Saville Road for many years and have always been satisfied.

I am a female on my own, who does not know a thing about cars. I fully trust everybody working at Saville Road Motors and know they will not make me pay for anything I don't need. I have been done before when garages see a lady coming on their own. Nothing is too much trouble even if a light goes out I take it round, and even though they are always busy they help me. I am always shown parts when they have to be replaced, even though I don't understand I know they are genuine. Brilliant to have a garage like this still.

This is a very well run garage with alot of knowledge and good experience in a lot of aspect of motor cars and trucks.

Referred by the MOT test centre across the road (also excellent) as there were a couple of jobs to do on the car to pass it's MOT (coil spring and lower suspension arm/bush.) Gent on the desk was very helpful, even though we had to change the repair day at short notice. Work was done quickly and I received call on my mobile the moment the car was ready. Workmanship was clean and tidy and they had got it re-MOT'd for me!

Very helpful, explanatory, will definitely use again. Excecllent service.

Overall feeling is that garage staff are trustworthy.

I have used this garage for several years. The staff are friendly and helpful. I have always found the service and quality of work to be of high standard. I trust the advice I am given and feel they are honest and reliable.
