Outstanding! Is just one of the many positive words I would use for this very friendly and helpful family run business. Good, old fashioned car mechanics work. They're always incredibly helpful right from the moment you call them to the moment you get your car back. There is no small talk to try and belittle you as I have experienced too often with other garages. They simply get the job done in good time and they do it to a high standard. It's clear they know what they are doing and all working there is very skilled. I feel completely at ease when I call them and I never need to think twice about who to call. My father was a mechanic for many years and their attitude reminds me a lot of how he used to be. Genuine, honest and hard working. Customer service is always their priority and lining their pockets is not. I would recommend them to anybody who is looking for a good garage that offer an excellent service. They know what they are doing and they do it. It's really good to have such peace of mind when you are dealing with the issues of car repairs, especially as it can go so wrong and it can cost you so much. Also because I am female, I've sadly found in the past that I have been patronised when it comes to cars. I am no expert but due to my father's mechanics history I have picked up on quite a few things, so I soon spot when somebody is trying to 'pull a fast one' or thinks I haven't got any clue what so ever. Wheels in Motion have never made me feel this way and have always treated me with the utmost courtesy and respect. Very, very kind people, I can't praise them enough. I'd even say that even if you live twenty miles away it is still worth taking your car there if you can. They're also soon starting an MOT service, so I certainly will be taking my car there for this. From a very happy customer.
