On this occasion I drove in with an issue and within 10 minutes was back on my way with a temporary fix and a promise to fully resoilve the issue the next day, which it was.

They even contact you with a valuable reminder when the MOT is due! Steve Carter looks after his customers. Recently he came to my rescue when my car refused to start in a supermarket car park. Took my car into this.garage as it had been recommended to me. Staff were friendly and helpful. Kept me informed each step of the way with my car repairs. Car was finished when they said it would be. The guys and lady in the office who work here , really care I not only take my day to day work cars to these guys but also my classic cars, they help me out, give good advice, will even make you a cup of tea and biscuits - there old school mechanics - would not think of going anywhere else.
