As a single parent it can be quite scarey going to a garage but they made me feel comfortable and at ease.

I live some twenty miles from cartunes. The road is of poor quality and the journey is tedious, taking about 45 minutes to reach the garage, nevertheless welcome and service offered by cartunes make the journey worthwhile.

I ticked '4' only as I am no car expert and didn't fully understand the car servicing and so couldn't judge whether it was perfect. But I have no problems since. Nigel told me as each stage of MOT was reached, to seek my permission before doing anything that would incur a cost to me. He is always polite, cheeky, clear and patient, a credit to the industry. I trust him, feel wholly safe using his garage. He is reliable, honest and wants to serve each person properly well.
