Summertown Garage Ltd

Excellent customer service; friendly and helpful staff; efficient and reliable.

They fixed a couple of niggly problems that my previous garage had not been able to do, and they were also very pleasant to deal with. Probably a little more expensive, but it was worth it to have the job done properly.

Excellent...finally found a garage with extremely pleasant, honest owner!

Very friendly and knowledgeable. Many thanks.

The reception area is very good, impressive and clean. Friendly staff.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Happy with the quality of work done (head gasket and minor bits).

What I particularly liked was that they did not speak down to a woman - everything was fully explained. If I had any queries I had only to ask. Excellent!

Brilliant service and trustworthy people.

Finding that my car had been cleaned inside as well as outside, was a real bonus. Being provided with a courtesy car made it so easy. I was concerned about finding a new garage when I moved, but I found this one via the Good Garage Scheme website.

As a first time car owner, the chap was informative and helpful with all questions and queries about my vehicle.

Pleasant surprise to have the car cleaned inside and out. thanks for doing this. Friendly and informative staff. could not ask for better.

And they washed it!

They even cleaned the car inside and out for me.

Excellent service. Thank you.
