Thorpe END Garage

Brilliant service as always.

The staff at Thorpe End are particularly warm and friendly. I trust what that they only do what I need them to - carrying out the work speedily, and to a high standard.

I'm very pleased with the service received.

Consistently reliable and always willing to go the extra mile. Always polite and helpful.

I popped in for advice, clarification and price. They are clearly honest and they offer a breakdown of prices of everything that was acquired. Thank you for a superb service.

I'd recommend this garage to everyone.

I have used this garage for over ten years, for all three family cars. A reliable, local friendly garage.

Brilliant garage - they have been looking after our cars for the past 10 years. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

After having the recovery company out to my car over the bank holiday weekend, they recommended Thorpe End Garage to me. Having read the experiences of other customers on here I was keen to try Thorpe End out. No exaggeration, it is the best garage I've used ever, having tried many in Norwich, Birmingham, Gloucester and Manchester over the years. From the moment I phoned I was reassured but never patronised, every check was explained to me in detail and they talked me through options. When I asked whether it was worth replacing an additional part I was told not to spend my money until necessary, so definitely none of the extras some garages fleece you for. The staff at Thorpe End garage turned a trauma into a almost enjoyable experience and even helped me out finding the bus stop to get to and from the city! Top quality service, honest, decent staff, and informative, non-patronising advice.

Thorpe End Garage personnel are excellent. I am a lady driver with an older car. If I pop in as I am concerned about anything they help and advise at no charge. Should they not have a courtesy car available they take me home or where I want to go.

Very pleasant people to deal with.

Another good experience, very polite and helpful. Went that extra mile, ordered car mat replacements.

Many years of continued excellent service, friendly, helpful and fairly priced.

First class service. Would highly recommend to others. Thanks.

Very happy with the whole experience of taking my vehicle to a garage I had used before. Will be using again for MOT and future services etc.

Quality work and good, practical advice. I am greeted as a valued customer.

A superb service from telephone initial contact to diagnosis, integrity of garage is beyond approach. Many many thanks.

Always kind and helpful, responsive to emergency, work is always to a high standard. Could not recommend them more highly.

Used this garage 9 years since I moved to Norwich. They are very helpful and honest and never try to rip you off as some garages do to women.

Always found Thorpe End Garage very helpful and cost is always reasonable as well.
