Kindly gave me a courtesy car, totally unexpected but very appreciated at the time.
I'd have given 6 stars if I could - great service, great staff, honest and trustworthy. They are reliable and helpful too - would highly recommend.
My clutch cable broke and they agreed to deal with it the next day. I added a major service that was due and was kept informed throughout the service of additional items that needed addressing. Staff were polite and friendly throughout the whole process, will be booking my car in there again.
Knowing I was about to go on holiday the garage accomodated me into their work schedule and were able to give me a courtesy car.
Would never use any other garage and would recommend them to anyone. Found them most helpful and polite.
Great service, inspected the MOT fail problems and noticed several things the MOT garage had failed to notice and repaired everything so I would have no problem getting my MOT pass. Shall definitely use them from now on for my BMW 5231.
Second time i've been here, great service.
The staff are always friendly and very helpful.
Stuart and all the lads at Thorpe End Garage are fantastic and they look after us in an honest and trustworthy way. Thanks.
Efficient and polite service. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.
Very helpful and quick service. Can't do more to help or be more friendly.
Very trustworthy, competitive pricing and unparalleled customer service.
A delightful team of mechanics, very knowledgeable and helpful. Could not better them.
They always go out of their way to be helpful, and I don't feel that I am being ripped off because I am 'and ignorant female driver'.
They're very friendly and helpful - providing a good service whether you are booked in for work, or dropping by for general advice.
Staff were very helpful with negotiating a comprising price for the MOT and repairs, and date to fit in with my work. Very pleased with outcome.
Fast, efficient and polite service.
