All staff are very helpful, when I went there on the spur of the moment when my car went wrong. The price was given before going ahead with any work. I would recommend to friends and family. Excellent. An excellent garage.

An excellent all round service.
A very good and helpful garage.
I had been a customer of my previous garage for over 25 years, due to retirement the garage closed and it was with sum trepidation I went to Thorpe End Garage, after it being recommended by a friend. I could not have been more pleased. All the work was carried out most efficiently and in good time and all staff were most helpful.
A compact and very trustworthy, family orientated operation. Always willing to go the extra distance to help, whether it is car repairs, service or just a chat over the phone.
Positive attitude. Brilliant price, availability, customer care, friendliness and speed of work.
Friendly, efficient and trustworthy. A true trusted trader.
Up to normal high standards, which is why we use their service.
We were impressed by the speed our repairs were carried out. This has meant minimal disruption to our holiday plans.
My husband and I regularly use this garage for services, MOTs and any other problems. We always find the service exemplary and are very happy with our experiences. The receptionist in particular always explains issue fully and in an easy-to-understand way that puts us at ease.
The visit on 23/6/15 was for an overall inspection as to its condition and it was carried out free of charge. Excellent service.
The help and quality of repair are exceptional. The staff are very helpful, friendly and polite. I would certainly recommend this garage to anyone.
