Would normally have used the maufacturing garage. However, Thorpe End Garage undertook a more thorough service. Well impressed, and will definitely use for the future.
A fantastic and flexible service to fit with a busy diary. Good communications and competitivly priced. - Thank you.
Been coming here for years, never had a reason to think about going elsewhere.
Very efficient and friendly garage.
Stuart managed to fit in the repair at very short notice and as usual, did an excellent job.
Great service and really took time to explain what had been done and why, in a way I could understand. Thank you.
Very helpful, speedy and friendly.
Repair completed well before time given. Good service.
Great customer service from Reception and quality work as always. Plus good pre-warning of up and coming things, e.g. brake pads in 5-6,000 miles etc.
Have not needed car/garage serviced for 3 years. Pleased to find Thorpe End Garage just as good as 3 years ago.
Thorpe End Garage always offers excellent service and goes way above at all times. Efficient service, the best customer service.
Fast, efficient and friendly service.
Helpful as usual.
I received good, rapid service after a roadside breakdown. Some months later, damaged clutch was repaired free of charge, without any argument. I think that this is a trustworthy garage, with very pleasant staff, both in reception and in the workshop.
I have used this garage for 24 years for all families cars (5 per year at this stage). Never disappointed. Always helpful, polite and go the extra mile to ensure customer is satisfied.
Best the car has ever run, many thanks. It's now warm!
Lovely young lady on reception and good communication about the car. Third year of using this garage and no problems at all. Would recommend to others. Fab job and local to home.
Will only know if work satisfactory after driving car for some distance. Till now, all ok.
Always felt very well looked after. Excellent service and friendly staff. Would recommend to everyone.
