I have now been waiting 11 weeks for a gearbox repair on my car. I have received very few updates on progress and still do not know when the repair is likely to be completed. I do not feel that I can recommend this garage to anyone.
The guys at the garage are always really helpful and friendly. They get the work done in the time frame they give and are fairly priced. I get all necessary work done on my car here.
Friendly, quick and reliable.

Always had good work done either service or repair, had an issue once with car that 2 other garages couldn't identify, frettenham garage identify it and booked me for further works in within 20 mins of my arrival.
Amazing service from start to finish
Warning light on my Golf came on way to Norfolk for a week's holiday. I looked for VW approved garages, contacted Frettenham SS who were helpful with an appt for 9am next day, problem solved. I recommend to friends in Aylsham & in visitors book at our accommodation in Lamas. Excellent service.
