Frettenham Service Station Ltd

Best garage I have ever used. So reliable and will save you money if they can!

After being towed by the AA and then failing my MOT, I was in a bit of a tough spot—but James and the team at Frettenham Garage were absolutely fantastic. Their communication was second to none, keeping me in the loop at every stage and making sure I understood exactly what was going on.

Really excellent garage!!! We have been using them for years.all work carried out is excellent, and staff are sooo lovely and friendly would highly recommend them !!!

Great service and good prices

All staff very polite and helpful

Frettenham garage went above and beyond to fit my car in today after I rang them and the work was done there and then while I waited to unseize my gearbox. Huge thank you frettenham service station!!

I've used Frettenham for over 30 years both with my work vans and private cars , they have always been quick ad efficient dealing with breakdowns as well as routine servicing .

As ever, stellar service and efficiently diagnosed and fixed what others couldn't (including the vehicle manufacturer!) Always use Frettenham.

Very helpful we my anxiety informative and guide me through the process great staff smiles from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out

Have had my car looked at by 3 other garages, who all claimed that there was nothing wrong with my brakes, last garage said they were sticky and they’d released them. Few weeks later, stuck again. Frettenham SS sorted them out and it drives amazing. Thank you.

I had broken down and needed an alternator and would have been without a car for many days. They managed to fit me in and completed the work on the day, keeping me informed every step of the way. Cant fault then

Really fantastic staff really kind and helpful even after my poor lil boy was sick on there floor, would recommend this place to anyone

Excellent service from start to finish. Failed MOT, did all work needed same day, even gave me a lift home, and dropped car back to me when finished. Very friendly and helpful 👌

I’d had a bad experience at the main dealer I’ve used for 10 years and decided to use my local garage. The service received was next-day, excellent, with clear communication throughout, and the job was fixed for less than the main dealer was charging for diagnostics only. Brilliant.

Frettenham Service Station is to be highly recommended for its work standards, customer service and staff professionalism. My car was even returned to my house at the end of the day after its MOT.

Always quick to do the work and don't overcharge. Been going here for years.

Great service as usual

Love this garage. Everyone who works there is helpful friendly…what more can I say…

This family run garage were very helpful and work all within a few hours from my phone call to completion of the work, I can't praise them enough for their efficiency, politeness and professionalism, thank you.

I just called in as passing and my car checked to my surprise checked out immediately. Many thanks great service.
