I arrived unannounced at 18.45 on a Friday evening with a serious engine problem. Diagnosed in seconds and a loan vehicle organised in minutes. My car was returned fixed on Saturday afternoon ready for me to drive the 350 miles back down to Devon! That's real customer service!

Paul Carman was obliging, friendly and helpful; following-up the MOT for my motorhome with advice on having the underside Waxoyl treated to protect against rust. Booked in and got that done very promptly. On each occasion offered us a lift once the vehicle was dropped off, which helped a great deal.
The bloke who MOT'd my car ( Paul Carman ) was a very polite person who made me a cup of tea and gave me a newspaper to read in their own waiting room, which was very nicely decorated. I was very satisfied with this garage and would recommend it to anyone who has a car.
