Customer service very poor; bad language used when confronted with problems. My vehicle went in for a minor surging problem, was advised by staff that alternate problems were cause of fault. Took advice and made payment in full. Returned to my van to find it wouldn't start anymore.

I have never been here before. I just drove in this morning as my car started making a load banging noise! Had a broken suspension rod. The staff quickly found out what it was and offered me a courtesy car to go to work and fixed the problem! I am totally amazed how nice they were and how wonderful the service was! Well done to everyone at Moore Garage! If all garages were like this, the motoring world would be a better place.
