I received excellent, quick and efficient service with a smile.

It was appreciated that the worn parts were shown to me and explained how they had worn by Dave on the reception desk without myself having to ask to see them.

Sunny, Frank and the team very open, honest and don't use technical language. All explained in plain language as I am far from technically minded. They have done the same on all previous visits to them. They make time to be somewhat social at the same time as being professionally attentive. They are always willing to help and I will definitely be using them in the future. Thanks guys.

This is the first time I have used KAM Servicing and found the whole experience such a pleasure. Frank & Sunny were very helpful when I called to discuss prices for new tyres & brake pads. The car was booked in the following day & I was very impressed with the excellent customer service, especially from Tyler who drove me to & from my place of work (an added benefit that I've never had from any other garage!). What impressed me the most was the honesty of the staff. I asked if they could review my back two tyres as I've had an MOT done at the weekend & they advised that these were 'cracking' - Frank called me to say that in his opinion he would not change these tyres yet and that I had a good 6 months of wear remaining! Normally, in my experience a lone female taking a vehicle into a garage and they add on all sorts of things to my bill, but not at KAM Servicing! Frank was also concerned that my engine oil level was low. Rather than topping the engine oil up, he wanted to show me that it was empty, especially as it was the first time I'd been to the garage. When I arrived he showed me how empty it was and asked if I wanted them to top it up or if I wanted to do it myself. I told him I wanted to do it myself and he was absolutely fine with this and even told me which oil to buy. I really appreciate the time and effort they have put into my car, the service was fantastic and I will be returning (hopefully not soon!) and recommending the garage to my friends and family!

Very satisfied with all of the work KAM servicing carry out all the time. No issues at all during a major service that they couldn't deal with, quickly and efficiently. All information was given in basic English with no jargon that I couldn't understand. Staff were more than happy to show me the car during the service to show what needed to be done, what had been done and what was advised to be done in the future. I highly recommend KAM servicing, particularly the two garages I have used, which are in Long Eaton and Beeston.
