It was great to have an early morning (7am) appointment option. They were very efficient on the day, and I'm very pleased.
The slight drop over the standard of work is due to a fastening - hold the trim on - being removed, but not replaced. It is not an essential fixing, but I was disappointed to find it missing.
Always friendly staff, very polite and positive about their service and customers. Always very informative, honest and they don't talk in jargon. Sunny called me back with a quote very quickly and asked when it would be convenient for me to have the work done. I even got a free coffee while I waited for the work to be completed. Brilliant as always, thanks guys!
This is the third time that Sunny and the team have helped me out. I'm old enough (or maybe just cynical enough) to be wary of garages. The sharp intake of breath & stressing how difficult it is which you usually get from garage you don't get here. Sunny and the team have restored my faith in garages. They are helpful, friendly, good at their job and above all else honest. What more can you ask for?! And no I haven't been paid - I'm just a car owner
I received a call from the garage to advise about the work which was required. They asked which ones they wanted me to authorise. They did a few extras for free, which is amazing in this day and age. The bill came to less than I expected for a VW. They even washed the car too, which for me was an added bonus. Thanks very much KAM Servicing. I have used you in the past for my car needs and will definitely use you in the future too.

The MOT failed on a few things, bulbs and tyres, which I did not expect. First time using this garage so I was not to sure as I've had garages before trying to pull the wool over my eyes. Sunny, the manager, collected me from my house only around the corner and brought me down to the garage and showed me why it had failed. He even did the work in the same day. Sorry to sunny and the guys at KAM's for being a bit of a pest, but an amazing garage and even dropped me back off home. What more could you ask for. Thank you.

Big thanks to Sunny at Kam Servicing Beeston Depot, who helped me out with a little thing that made my car look great again. I broke off my sun-visor clip which meant that I couldn't keep the sun-visor in place properly. Very annoying it was too. I tried doing it on the cheap as my partner super glued on the broken bit, but that didn't last too long, so I phoned KAM Servicing and asked for their help. "Sure thing no problem, what's your reg again?" After doing some odds and sods, Sunny gave me a call and told me the item was in. I went round as soon as I could and I think it was young Amazing Antony, who fixed it in place. The little things go a long way and it was a lot cheaper than going to a main dealer. KAM Servicing coming to the rescue yet again, well done guys!
All aspects quite excellent. Free after check and even did not charge for replacement brake light. Service, friendliness, helpfulness and advice all quite excellent. Definitely use again and recommend.
