Outstanding garage. I took my car in for a new back windscreen wiper and to diagnose why a couple of warning lights had come on. The boss spent 20 minutes with me, correctly (as it turned out) diagnosing the problems and he put in a new windscreen wiper - all for no charge. I have used this garage for 14 years now, and I am fiercely loyal to it. Very knowledgeable, good price and most importantly, utterly trustworthy.

David Pengelly's whole operation is customer focused and highly responsive. The company has a high level of knowledge and this gives confidence. I should imagine there is a very high level of repeat business. I know myself of 2 friends who have been helped courteously without charge.

This is the only garage that I would trust 100%, in the entire country.

Arrived at 8.25am and the place was already really busy with Volvo customers. I went after reading feedback from this site. Excellent customer service, David engaged with all of the customers. He dealt with my vehicle issues very competently and the same applied to the technician working on the car. I was most impressed however with how they dealt with other customers, fully explaining what had been done without going into too much detail. I will be taking my car there for its service when it is due.

These guys are always so friendly and honest which is very hard to find in a garage if you, like me, are not very mechanically minded. All I needed was three wheel nuts and advice on my faulty air con for my S60, Mr Pengelly himself came straight out of the office to quickly attend to my needs, and I didn't even have an appointment for my car! This level of service is absolutely outstanding and I can honestly say drive away feeling 100% satisfied with the service and price. There should be more garages like this in Notts.
