Really appreciate Kevin replacing my brake light at short notice during lockdown yesterday. Have had my car serviced at Hockmeyers for the last ten years. Kevin, the manager, mechanics, Carol & staff do a great service

Thank so much to Kevin for fixing my cigarette lighter fuse at such short notice!! I daren’t venture into pastures new without my Tom Tom but am now ready to go!! Kevin fixed the problem in minutes at a more than reasonable price!! Now that’s what I call great service!! I have always used Hockmeyers and will continue to do so!!

Amazing customer service! Thought my brakes needed changing. Hockmeyers for honest and phoned to let me know they didn't and there was no charge. Excellent customer service, so pleased we use this local garage and will continue to do so for both out cars. Will definitely recommend to everyone!

I have just experienced the best customer service ever!!! Huge thank you to Kevin and his team for looking after my little Range Rover which went in for its first MOT and failed due to a poorly rear calliper. Kevin explained other minor issues and due to his advise i had everything done and it feels like a new car again. Wonderful man and recommend everyone of my family and friends to him. I used this garage several times recently. They came to the house to pick up my car when It wouldn't start and they fixed it promptly. I am delighted with the service given at this Garage, always friendly and efficient.

Just bought my car and it had a poor recorded service history. Took it in for a full service so that I had a bench mark for all my future servicing. Staff explained what was needed and checked the servicing recommendations to ensure that essential parts that require changing had exceeded there life. Altogether courteous & efficient. Returned a car that was clean and seems to be running better.
