Have always been highly satisfied with work carried out. Staff explain exactly what has been done and why. I have every faith in the staff to keep my car in very good condition, enabling me to feel safe when driving.

I suffered tyre damage forty miles from home but one mile from work. Despite being very busy that day they recovered my car (my car has no spare, but I discovered my breakdown company will only deal with tyre issues if a spare is available) and they fitted a new tyre for a very reasonable price.

So grateful for the guys helping a lady in distress. I thought I could fix my own wing mirror but alas I hadn't got the right tools for the job. Fifteen minutes after chatting to them I'm driving away with it all fitted and a big smile on my face. Thank you.

Completely unimpressed. Just had a full service and MOT, drove around for work the next day to a horrible smell of burning oil. Opened the bonnet and found that the garage hadn't put the engine oil cap back on. Oil everywhere and I'd been breathing in the fumes for the whole of the next day. Very glad I noticed fairly quickly and praying there isn't any more lasting damage. Could have caused major problems from something that really shouldn't have been missed.
