Keyworth Garage Limited

Excellent service and very professional.

Usual high quality of service. Staff explained in detail exactly what work had been carried out.

Efficient, courteous and helpful staff.

What a brilliant business and an example to other garages of how to function. Polite, friendly and informative advice with excellent opening times, perfectly reasonable pricing and customer service way above what might be expected. I run two cars and can safely say that this is where both of them will be going for any work from now on.

Polite, friendly staff and give excellent service.

I have in the past had poor service from garages and been charged for things that did not need doing. I cannot recommend Keyworth Garage Ltd enough, they fitted me in when busy, did a good job at a fair price. The staff are also very friendly.

Excellent service from staff. Cannot fault any aspect of their work.

I took my car in to have tyre replaced and to swap wheel onto front to pair up. Pretty straightforward work and done to a decent standard. I was charged £5 plus VAT to swap wheel round though. This is fair enough but it would have been good to have been told about the charge in advance rather than after I picked the car up. It would also be useful to be told the total bill for the work rather than a figure that you then have to add VAT onto.

Very pleased with the standard of service and attitude of staff.

I trust them.

Great lads, good service.

Once again excellent service. Definitely coming back.

Did not correctly stamp service book.

Good friendly approach - seem knowledgeable and competent.

Excellent, friendly and honest service. You feel they care about your custom.

I have been very pleased with the prompt, efficient and courteous service received, highly recommended.

Everything was excellent.

Very friendly and helpful service from the minute I arrived. The problems with my car were explained very clearly, including breakdown of costs. Fantastic overall service and I will use you for all future repairs and recommend you to family and friends.

As always helpful and informative with all they have done, excellent.

I have used this garage for a number of years and have always been totally satisfied.
