I would like to thank you for a fantastic job, fitting me new clutch in my motor home. It has made a huge difference. Thanks for your courteous service and expertise.

ESP are only five minutes walk from my house. A couple of hours after taking the car in they phoned and explained what has to be done and tell you the cost. Later in the day they phoned to say the work has been complete. Good work.

No phone option for 'Servicing' only Sales/SMART repair and electrical? Staff didn't listen to my request to have the work completed by 11 a.m. I was delayed by thirty minutes even though I dropped the vehicle off at 8:00 a.m. (I was told 90 minutes maximum). I'll be back with all other cars - good job overall! //////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// Garage Response: We spoke to the customer. The line the gentleman was dialling was our Sales line, not the Workshop line as advertised and printed on the business card he received on the date of work. The customer Googled our telephone number and found the Sales number. The time delay to him was caused by a delay with delivery of tyres from the wholesaler. He was kept waiting thirty minutes overall and we offered the gentleman a coffee while he waited.

Don't bother looking for a better garage. Their isn't one. Courtesy car, same day all the work done. No stress. Expected to pay a lot more (excellent in all aspects). Will not use anybody else now. Sold.

Within 10 minutes of discovering a fault, I was seen to by the team. Could not fault the fantastic customer service that I always receive from ESP. Would have no hesitation in recommending to friends and family.

My car was making a noise so booked it in for a check. Jason had the car thoroughly checked and could not find the noise. Brilliant service and wasn't even charged anything!
