On a journey home from a night shift, my engine malfunctioned, warning light came on. Diverted to Ford main dealer who were unable to assist for 3 hours. I decided to take my car to ESP (who I have used many times before). Dan immediately took control, within 30 minutes he knew what the problem was and gained authority from my warranty company to repair. Amazing and fantastic service once again from ESP.
