I know these people from being in the trade myself. I work for an Audi dealer but take my wife's car and my father takes his car there too. They've always looked after me.

I had my car MOT at another garage (in Long Eaton) and it failed on shock absorbers. I took it to another garage for some other repairs and they told me that the shock absorbers didn't need replacing. They phoned Kam Autos as they were not a testing centre and asked if the tester would give my car a second opinion. I took it straight there and they looked at it straight away and the tester said that the work didn't need doing. As a result of their honest advice I saved myself £300 which I had been quoted by the original garage. I took the car back to the original garage and they apologised and they said that they had made a mistake and in fact the car then passed the MOT and another advisory point on the failed MOT was that the brake pads needed doing and this miraculously disappeared from the new MOT. I would recommend this garage to everyone.

I was really surprised and pleased that Shaun stayed on late to get my car back on the road. I can't thank him enough.
