Fitter was not able to tell me the pressure in the tyre he fitted. Swift service. Nice cup of free coffee.

Usually pre-book work but this was an urgent repair. Given that there was no time to pre-book, the garage were wonderful at repair, contact and cost. To top it all they washed the car!

The really good thing is that they quote you the exact costs before agreement to go ahead and stick to it. You know exactly where you stand.
